Don-- I have a concern that ACRT's primary customers are the misc. ACRT shell corporations, or maybe just ACRT's import/export biz. The reluctance of the company to address the issue should be of concern to the small investor. If Ahoroni would just come out and state 'in plain language' that the TADS are NOT related to ACRT's other businesses, well, that would resolve a serious concern. Not all of the concerns that one should have, but at least this particular concern. Opinion: Remember Robert Vesco? He built up large cash reserves off shore, just like Ahoroni appears to be doing, before slipping out of the country with everyone elses money. If I was a shareholder, I'd want our assets back within reach of U.S. regulatory agencies. Wouldn't you? Wouldn't Davef? Paul
