Sure it could go to 5000 but there will be many opportunities to ride it as I assume the various moving averages would start an uptrend. The hardest thing for me is to wait for the trend change to happen. That's when I'm sure the institutional money flow would propel the PM sector up. Not saying I won't dip in once in a while with a toe or two but the majority will be locked up.
