Actually it was James Baldwin who found that piece of information. The synergy effect is still there and we are all waiting to see the results. Some are not aware what synergy means so here is my short version: when you put 2 and 2 together and get 6 is synergy. In the case ARET it means that the management have (based on their long experience in the Native communities) put together a package of mortgage and homebuilding which IMO can only end up as a clear success. ARET seems overall very clear on the target - All the news we have seen from the company point in one direction (No odd diversifications) - There is fire in the kettle - BC administration is helping carrying wood - steam increasing - soon ready to blow the whistle - all in my humble opinion.
