Undermine the local economy and make the indigenous people dependent upon your cultural and economic model.

One thing missing is a resource that can be mined or extracted but the Zionists are happy enough just to have the land alone. It could be said any mining that is going on for the benefit of Isra'El is the mining of the American taxpayer.
