If PC sales slow while Mac sales increase, then Apple will have increased market share. That is not debatable. It's just how calculations of market share work.

By the way, your example of a Dell owner buying a Mini would seem to represent a big change. If every PC owner also bought a Mac, that would give Apple a 50% market share. It wouldn't matter whether the PC owners continued to use their PCs or not.
