Please sell Novell, i need the stock to go up. Seriously, i understand
the feeling. I suggest you maintain a longer term outlook. like with
IBM, you looked for the quick 10 -15%, long term today seems to be over
the weekend. investing is not a crap shoot. stick with your gut
feelings. or if you do sell, like for a tax loss, hedge your position
with options or something. or better yet, stay with fundamentals that
seem solid. and if you have a dog, don't be afraid to take it out
back and shoot it. i sold AOL at 27 for big loss. gave up on the
concept of AOL as growth stock in light of internet alternatives. Stock
went up to 35 shortly thereafter. did i feel bad. of course, but i
had made a decision that AOL was no longer a stock i wanted to be in,
and that's that. Larry Shapiro
