Hi Paul -

Started a small position in Spectra Energy Partners, LP (SEP). Sold out of my GATX Corp. (GMT) for a small profit. I booked a 10% gain on GMT which I originally acquired 2/23/2011 but looking forward I was concerned with their high amount of debt. I would like to eventually have exposure to the rail sector either through UNP and/or CVS or again with GMT but at lower prices.

For now I think SEP is the best long term value of the group especially from the defensive side and we slip back into a slow or no growth economy.

I am structuring the portfolio with a more defensive posture selling positions that are vulnerable to a economic slow down and/or have a high amount of leverage debt.
