We'll get a rally when the Nasdaq melts off another 500-600 points before the FOMC meeting. Market sentiment will change to positive for the short term(1 week), expecting Greenspam to drop his bias on the market, which he probably won't. Therefore, I expect to see a rally leading up to the FOMC meeting on the 19th, then another meltdown after the meeting.
