Some thoughts:

If the deal for USW/FRO falls through, will QWST go up or down?

Will Nacchio win the battle, but lose the war?

I've never been in the middle of a situation like this that has had such a drastic effect on the price of a stock. If anyone out there has, please post the eventual outcome.

At least for Nacchio, if he loses his job, he's got a cool $50 million to lick his wounds while he's looking for another job. How much has Anschutz lost on paper by now? I wonder how he's doing with Nacchio?

I hear some CEOs of companies are actually getting on message boards to share their thoughts with investors. It'd be nice if Nacchio did the same.
