Chris , We had the same situation at LTGL, company CEO had forbidden the Transfer Agent to reveal information - Then we did put some pressure on the CEO, saying that it was outrageous, and then he reversed his decision. Many companies show OS as per filing date - when like here as per filing period end, then I'd consider it a little red flag. From the recent filing: The number of issuer's shares of Common Stock outstanding as of June 30, 1999 was 35,035,435 I'd love to see the details on the convertible notes. Kr Jens
