Joan you also should look out for falling trees if you go outside

Blue you should add a few other cancer checks to your list....the most important is colon cancer.....simple sample is a start but after age 50 should have at least a sigmoidoscopy or better a colonoscopy...you know thats the fiver optic tube up you know where....I just had that done...really not that bad

Also skin check for melanoma..this is a deadly skin tumor...any skin spot that is new or changes color or gets bigger deserves a look by an expert

a PSA and rectal exam for prostate is probably also worthwhile but screening raises difficult questions as many cases of prostate cancer have a benign long course so its hard to figure out who to treat once you have determined someone has it...ends up many more people get treated than is necessary
