Your stock may have bottomed for good, it's hard to say... the volume does look encouraging. I personally have resolved to avoid buying (nearly) all stocks whose chart has a 200day ema with a negative slope It keeps me from over trading and it keeps me in the issues which have positive investor sentiment.. e.g. low overhead
