I was in IMAT from 3/96 to 6/96 (in at 2 3/4 out at 6 3/16). The thing I remember very well is a 30,000,000 share day which caused me to do a search. If I remember correctly, one preferred share was equal to about five (or seven?) common, and that there were millions which could be converted. I figured that this kind of supply might cause (or was causing) problems, so I sold.

Maybe things are different now, or maybe I didn't know what I was doing & just got lucky. This would not be unusual for me <gg> Just thought I'd share that thought on volume and supply.

I liked the technology.
