Hey Buddy, I'll bet you've got some beautiful colors going on back there. I plan to take a motorcycle ride tomorrow to check out the color we have here. No I haven't been writing CC's lately, I have largely been doing nothing. Too volatile, with a downward inclination, for me. I am still concerned with valuations. Once I feel the markets are relatively fairly valued, companies start making profits again, and the economy starts to turn around, I'll be right back in there writing. I am looking for a real estate opportunity or two, but the market is holding up relatively well here still. How are those cc's working out for you? Scott
