I appreciate your stepping forward and volunteering to be the drafter. Obviously you are the thread member with the background and skill to craft an effective protest letter. I agree with you that it will probably have no effect but at least it would send a strong statement that shareholders will not idlely sit back and let management totally ignore shareholders interest for their personal gain.

I was under the impression that the BCSC had the final approval responsibility over whether Pyng could take the shameless repricing action. So I would think the a letter to them would be the most effective avenue of blocking this action. Although, as you have stated it may not be in our best interest, I trust your judgement. I personally do not care what the shorterm effect of Pyng being on the BCSC's "sugar list" is but I obviously do not know all the ramifications.

If you think a letter to the VSE is less detrimental to Pyng in the long run then I wholeheartedly support this action and would be glad to help you in anyway possible. Let me know how I can be of service.
