BTD for UC is another one of those 'good news' possibilities.

All this said, at $8/share, IMMU is worth (fully diluted), about $1.5 billion. Given the projection (forget which firm gave it, someone posted it up here a couple weeks ago) of $720 mil in 132 TNBC sales in CY2025, upholding a $1.5 billion valuation requires more good news. Even that $720 mil figure probably isn't all IMMU revenues, they'll partner in some places.

Maybe its a bit ironic, but IMMU's current market cap is almost identical to the valuation Greenhill placed on the SGEN deal.

I know a lot of folks have sky high hopes for IMMU and 132. But the share price has to overcome the rather large float. For some perspective, IMMU's market was about $1.5 billion when the shares were at $40 -- 15 or so years back. Now its at $8/share and the same fully diluted market cap ...

When its your money, you get to decide when to get on and when to get off the ride.

Me, I've never been good at selling, which is why I've gone to the 'taking bits off the top' method. Its been better for me than any other approach I've used. But I set the bar pretty low ...
