It is all about money and greed. To fund a presidential campaign here, one has to be in the top 1% or in the rare cases, like Obama, who was in the top 5%, one gets bought out. Those not in the top 1% or refuse to get bought out, are at risk of getting assasinated. The US has been moving to the Right at an alarming rate.
