No, I think the USA like any other people on earth has both good and evil. I can't just bury my head in the sand and ignore our own evildoing in the world, which has in some ways come back to bite us in the form of terrorism. What I would like to see, is the evil side of American foreign policy reigned in from the militarists who control our government, and the good side of America expanded to focus on building a better America.

I have no problem with Bush's faith-based initiatives towards solving social problems in America (see I can be reasonable about conservative approaches to problems). That is a good side of America that should be promoted. I do have a problem with our domestic problems getting short-changed because our bloated military eats up too much money, that money goes towards evil ends of death and destruction.
