From what I read of their quarterly report, their income in the past quarter has almost doubled. While they are not yet showing profits, if their popularity continues to increase and they continue to get excellent reviews like the one you've sighted, they've got to become a long term winner.
I think that with the new management in place, it won't be long before profits replace losses, and while they have currently cut back on where they're marketing, in the future I think we'll eventually see them become as popular as the KFC.
