I'm afraid my honest opinion would be manipulation. Drive the price down to this level to justify the rollback. Face it, why else would he be selling at this price rather than buying in an effort to support the stock and hold the price up. It's been a very illiquid market on most Vse and Ase issues lately. Drop shares cheap enough and someone will by them and what do you know, you just established a new bottom.

There has been absolutely no news lately or promotion to support the stock. Most investors were just holding, like me, waiting for the market to turn around and for Hawkeye to have a chance again. I still think we have some good land positions in the Mazenoid area.

Go back through last years news releases and try and figure out what we gained from the last financing. Very little . So many of the news releases over the last year and a half seem to be a rehash of old news for the most part amidst several goals that, to me, were made off the cuff to create news more or less to incourage investors to hang in. Many of the goals very never reached and little mention ever made of them again.

I was led to believe that the management in this company would broaden and was given the impression that directors were selected for the input they would have in the company. I have had both a present and past director tell me that there has never been a directors meeting.I find this hard to comprehend. Teleconferencing is not state of the art any longer but you just don't do it if you really don't want to share the decision making process. Greg is Pres., CEO, CFO, . He draws a salary of $60,000.00 , the office expences I presume cover a good portion of his apartment expenses seeing that's where the office is ( rent $11,239 plus office and miscellaneous $15,845), the company car I presume is his to drive ($9,523) . In a year when big companies cut there expenses and preserved capital ,What did Hawkeye do ?? - Entertainment and Promotion ($26,646) and Travel & Convention ($61,083) and Public Relations ($5,375.00) . I suspect that the majority of this benefited or reimbursed Mr Neeld. In addition to receiving 300,000 escrow on the bases of 15% for every $100,000 expended by the company on exploration and development.Options for Mr Neeld 60,000 at $.27.

Unfortunately my gut feeling is that this push to roll back the stock so Greg can secure a financing is more at the moment to provide money to support his personal lifestyle and expenses without any thought of what this move is doing to all the individual shareholders. Our reward for hanging in there is 80 % removal of equity position. Mr Neeld during this hard year has seen direct support for his lifestyle and activities of $150,000. plus (as I add it up),escrow shares released to him just for spending our money, nothing to do with inhancing share price !

Yes I'm a tad bit upset and I don't think my gut feelings are that far off track.
