I really wish you would reply to our questions...this is supposed to be a 2 way medium. For the rest. How can they really have the OVIS name (theirs) and we continue to buy stock:)? hmmm....I have grilled my broker about this and they swear that if anything like this was true I wouldnt be able to buy stock...so that invalidates their posision on that point at least to me. OH THIS IS GOOD...I just reread this part under the Basis of Aligations part : "Substantial evidentiary support will exist for the allegations set forth herein after a reasonable opportunity for discovery. " That certainly implies to me that the evidence does not yet exist but this language is in there to convince the court system that by trial sufficient evidence will exist...oh this gets better all the time!!! What do youguys think? #139 no nononon you cant have them...their mine....well...you can but it will cost you!
