The software allows a Windows 95 PC to connect at nearly double speed by combining two modems. Of course, you'll need a second modem and a second account with your Internet service provider (though some ISPs allow multiple simultaneous connections for an additional charge). Diamond Multimedia offers a technology called Shotgun that also uses two modems with a single computer. But unlike WebRamp, it will only work with ISPs specifically set up for it.
