Gus: One of the articles I read gave the litigation loss at approximately $.06 and another gave it at $.05 so its probably better to use the $.05. Another $.01 was lost due to a moving expense. It is possible this litigation expense could carry over for another charge in the next Quarter.There probably wont be any more moving expenses.Looking at it another way: If I was to start at $.13 earnings and subtract $.05 for litigation and $.01 I would get the $.07 reported. Regardless of the way it is reported for Accounting purposes Royalty payments may or may not happen again and if they do we dont know if it would be the same amount.Income payments may result as a result of the Settlement if it is favorable to AXC. If you dont count the royalty payments/charges and look on them as spradic and therefore gravy or icing on the cake.Unless AXC is going to be in a constant state of litigation and hence a charge for it and unless they are going to be constantly moving then their earnings were $.13 and should be representive of earnings if the above didnt occurassuming no other permanent charges against earnings. Thats the way I would try to look at it. As for the rest of your Body I agree and there is also the fact that with the advent of more channels in Cable TV not to mention the fact that Telephone companies etc will also be going into it there will be a demand for Storage etc. and my understanding is that AXC is best postioned in these areas. This makes for much potential. The only question is how long before it materializes etc. My opinion.
