The TA guy will have to identify himself. I was thinking that QLT had a bit of an internet look to it but don't forget they have just come up with a cure for blindness--one form anyway. Nesbitt Burns' 1999 target for NTL 10 days ago was C$78 and it has been in the $80's ever since so their QLT call is not unique.
