The CEPH board is run by a hoarde of gamblers. They first issued calls (puts?) some time ago and would have made them money if the advisory board made a positive recommendation and it did not happen. Why kind of ethical pharmaceutical company does that and gloats about it? Now they submit a supplement to their NDA filing which postpones the inevitable. I wonder why they are buying time? A rejection would have been devastating to the stock price. Maybe news leaked from the FDA on the non approval and they decided to postpone to sell sell sell!!!
