Zeev, check out CL's post # 423. CL says that it takes $1 + 1 warrant to get 1 share. From the 20-F it looks like the actual number is $1.10 accounting for the reverse split. Therefore the floor seems to be somewhat larger than $1.10. Your point is well taken though and the price will decline until the DB report. The analogy with Arakis is scary, waiting for the JV while reg S is going on. Volume after the DB report should overwhelm the normal daily volume and may not be such a problem, but there is a good chance for sub $2. Maybe even sub $1.5. I have some dry powder, but will now wait. Thanks Zeev, I owe you 14 now? Damn, I hate those private placements!
