David, The purchase of SNRS requires you to visualize all those SNRS YAG.Holmiums sitting next to all the VISX's around the world. Yes, SNRS may dip back into the high 3's, and that would be the best time to buy. Remember though, SNRS is one you hold to retire on, so it really doesn't matter if you buy in high 3's or 4's. You will see $35 by the new millennium, IMO. Best wishes, Skane
