In Mid-Dec Ptek was downgraded by Stephenson..at ~4-5..before they can upgrade it, it must be downgraded...we all know that at $4-5/share this is a steal (anyone watching this stock, at least)..look for a buy or something of an upgrade soon...these guys are crooks, they downgrade a stock, buy it a day or two later. If they upgrade, generally, you've got 2 days to the peak...These guys(ptek) have diluted the shares disgracefully, as shareholders we eat the lunch,generally bologna, but perhaps Mr.Bo will rectify the situation. Would anyone from Premier Technologies care to respond? If not, I would be an excellent PR person and need a job....sales is my forte, but I would guess that's similiar to Public Relations...
