Wonder which rogue leader President Urkel intends to summit with first?

He did promise to summit with all the rogue leaders of the world with no preconditions in his first year in office. In addition to the summit with the 57 Muslim heads of state to hear and rectify their gripes about US foreign policy.

Maybe Castro should come first. He's in ill health, has been an enemy of the US longest, and might not be around if the big O waits too long. OTOH, Ahmadinejad would be amusing. Just imagine the fun when the veteran hostage taker, kidnaps the President. Biden will know just what to do, break out the checkbook and write that long overdue check for $200 billion.
