55 per share? That would be great. If BLS (for instance) is stupid enough to pay that much, then I for one would be pleased, since it would provide a chance to dump QWST at a premium before being saddled with the takeover stock. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening. The current quest for USW seems to have put a value on the stock as part of a baby bell. Nobody has been able to explain why QWST should be worth more if it were to become a part of BLS instead of USW.
