Allan Murray, of the WSJ on cnbc, talking about "msft"'s lawyers. Allan, according to the cnbc interview, spoke with msft lawyers yesterday. Allan said a breakup would take 2-3 years. Lawyers feel remedies far stronger than mentioned during trial.

If Jackson gives decision, and it is too harsh, then the appeal court would kick it back to Jackson - telling him he needs to hear all witnesses and give fair trial to "msft".
