Yes, 337 and 375 are overclocked but unless your motherboard can run an asynchronous bus your peripherals can run into trouble. 450 is by far the sppeed of choice for overclocking the CeleronA. A fair amount of mobos will divide the 100MHz bus by 3 so the PCI peripherals will run at 33MHz.
