Does anyone know anything about Meade Instruments (MEAD) a telescope maker? Cash per share is roughly equal to share price. Business has been terrible, but there's been a management shakeup in the past couple years and a value fund (Hummingbird) is a 15% holder. OTOH, said value fund has owned it since 2005 with little to show for it, and the latest financial report is very late. This is either a classic Graham cigar butt, or a value trap, and I don't know enough to say which it is.
