Hmm! lower thresholds for circuits breakers, are we to read in between the lines that the PPT has exhausted their resources and henceforth this will be the feeble attempt to keep stock markets alive and bask in the moment?. The comment about Bernake that Alan Blinder made, if he exhausts bazooka, he will use rifle, pistol, and slingshot in that order....I can see clearly the next steps on this, reduce the thresholds to 6%, 5%, 4%....1%, then on every down tick let market take a 15 min breather. We may be closer to be to the point of people running out of options to help economy than we think without resorting to self-destructive methods.
