pink works for Dan Loeb, probably at Third Point Mgmnt. 3rd Point has a 200k short position in ACRT. 3rd Point and Key West have joint offshore holdings. Key West is run by Tony Elgind, convicted swindler, and, as of today, again under investigation by the SEC. Key West, by the way, isn't home today... Key West holds a substantial short position in ACRT. Yeah, they're the ones who claimed to initiate coverage yesterday, and recommended to sell.
