I use the formula and enter the [advances/declines] / [up vol/down vol] on my spreadsheet. I don't know if there is a stock symbol. The one that was mentioned on SI after your post : $trinq - I tried it on Datek and yahoo and icq and it didn't work. I have also found a difference between the numbers I get for the NYSE TRIN and the one shown on Yahoo, which does have a symbol, but not for Nasdaq. I usually double check the numbers from IBD, market page when I do my spreadsheet. Rick
