Speaking of Tad, our hero was quoted in this CBS MarketWatch article: cbs.marketwatch.com A mix of several elements created "a fairly perceptible change in psychology" regarding the semiconductor industry, said Tad LaFountain, an analyst at Needham & Co. LaFountain pointed to increased production in some areas of the semiconductor sector, particularly in Korea, uncertainty about PC demand, a product delay at Intel and a recent runup in chip share prices as vehicles affecting investor confidence.
