Whomever is to “blame,” (and to me it looks like this crazy woman justice is nationalreview.com this episode is a very very disturbing. Judges, if they are fulfilling their assigned role, should not be this emotional. They should be cool, logical, and rational. For them it shouldn’t be what is right or wrong, but narrowly and precisely what does the law say. They have been transmuted into politicians. We need them to be BETTER than this. We don’t need another legislature.
