Very interesting tdl. You have found a nice premium in NORT. I'm sure that the 20% discount is related to shareholder approval. While most likely a formality, many on the street will consider the deal pending and therefore you get a nice little premium by purchasing NORT at this level. hmmmm...just might be worth a little nibble....
