I spent $239 on a plumber two years ago. Got a new large capacity, extra efficient water heater installed and the old one hauled away. <<And if they give me the crap about this 150 dollar brass valve, which could have been an 18.50 plastic one according to the other plumbers, >> Better go to a good lumberyard. The plastic valve is closer to $10 and the brass one around $30. It's a simple pressure plunger. Are you interested in buying a bridge? I have a couple of then on sale cheap today.
