It seems to me that I remember reading somewhere that Alcatel and Amati had a relationship of some sort. Is this true and, if so, do you know the nature of the relationship?>>>

I've been told Alcatel and Amati used to work together in some capacity. I don't know what, exactly. All I know is that Alcatel benefitted from their relationship with Amati and that Amati management believes Alcatel will license.
