Go tell a guy whose income depend on some goodie doled out to him to serve in the Natonal guard. Go tell this to the guy working for Boeing, or Northrop. We don't have religion to keep the ignorant masses 'in line'. Neither communism to keep the populace in their tip toes. Terrorism had to be invented. How you invent terrorism you may be asking. Just stir the region where, culturally, people are short tempered and do not resource, like us, to solve problem by pacific means. In short provoke it to happen. If Bush would try that kind of stuff in LATAM it would only provided feeding for jokes, because we don't take the US serious.
