Chris, interesting to look at new highs and lows. The ratios today of new highs/lows for the Nas, NYSE, Amex, and Mutual funds respectively are roughly, 3/1, 2/1, 4/1, and 55/1. Does this imply that mutual fund managers are doing a decent job?
