NEW YORK, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Oppenheimer & Co. upgraded Quantum Corp. (QNTM - news) to buy from hold, a market source said. Something must be going on. Good news on DLT? JBL, who manufactures DLT drives for QNTM, also has been strong the last 2 days (after some extreme weakness).
