Steven,
Funny you are bringing up the legal aspects of internet gambling. I live in Indiana, and I just happened to hear on the radio today that the attorney general of the state of indiana put out a PR stating that internet gambling is illegal in the state of indiana, but "he conceded that there isn't much he can do about it." The AG's office sent a letter to about 190 internet gambling companies saying as such. All 190 companies were outside the US.

Just because something is illegal, doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Speeding and drug trafficing is illegal, too, but they happen all the time. Do you think the AG is going to spend more time putting grandma in jail for playing bingo over the internet or going after druggies?

The reality of it is that it doesn't matter what the law says, and the government knows that any law is unenforceable, anyway.

Also, don't forget that americans aren't the only ones who will access GLOW's site. Other countries may not have restrictions at all.

I think the legal aspects of internet gambling is a non-issue. Let's move on to something else.

-Dave
