Kevin, the logical answer is for Congress to amend the constitution to require every citizen to appear on television and detail their extramarital affairs under oath. They could grandfather the law back to when Clinton met Monica and specify that the smallest violation was a "high crime". After that, impeaching Clinton would be a piece-of-cake. And TV would get a whole lot more interesting too. :^) Craig
