We're going to our son's in Seattle from December 21 - January 6. My plan is to watch the ball drop in Times Square three hours early. Is that exciting enough for you? I don't drink (gives me a migraine), so I can't even toast with champagne. I don't like New Year's Eve parties and felt it to be a liberation when we realized we don't actually HAVE to go to one. We have free will!!! We can stay home!!! Maybe I'll go to my son's computer and say Happy New Year to the Darians.
