Looks like the sword can cut both ways. Maybe Herb Greenberg should start going after all the people who have said nasty things about him. <g>

BTW, look at the location of the named defendant:

Reached at his Colts Neck, New Jersey, home, Chang said he was stunned by the suit

Is Colts Neck the home of stock hyping or something? Chang can console himself with the thought that a lawsuit is better than what happened to the other guys.
