I like flat panel monitors they are expensive but really good and looks like very soon the
old type computer monitors will be as outdated as 286 computers are today.
Everyone will want to have those and most people are waiting for prices to come down
some, that shows that not enough space is available or built to start mass producing the
flat screen monitors, besides TV's are going to go flat panel as well so it is not only the
computers but also the TVs that will need more cleanrooms to be manufactured in
sufficient numbers.
Daw is really well positioned to be dominant player in this field
look at their last news release ....
i like this part the most ....

'The Asia/Pacific Region is showing signs of renewed bidding and construction
activity,'' stated Steven
R. Burt, senior vice president of field operations. ''Although some specific customer
manufacturing
segments remain stalled in their plans to expand their manufacturing capabilities, other
segments like
flat panel display and hard disk drive manufacture continue to expand.

''With actual consumer production 18 to 24 months out from the start of construction of
new projects, it
appears that some manufacturers in diverse product lines are committing themselves to
be ready for an
expected increase in device demand.''

we may see an increase in demand in cleanrooms
just my opinion anyone cares to comment ?
