I admit to not being able to watch "OZ" but my understanding is, TV luridness notwithstanding, prison rape is not tolerated in your better run prisons. The statistics are on the lowish side, but people in the do-good side of this issue tend to discount the statistics. I dunno. I've never actually had a client who told me he was raped in prison. I have had clients who were assaulted in the sense of a punch in the nose or a black eye in regular, common garden fights in prison. Regardless, it's not funny, and I don't joke about it personally.
